    Downtown Statesville Development Corporation is an independent 501c3 non-profit dedicated to the revitalization of Downtown. By supporting the organization’s activities and efforts, you support the economic vitality of Downtown through:

            • The preservation of historic buildings
            • The connection of property owners with resources and prospective businesses

              We work tirelessly to improve the appearance and economics of downtown, to create a place that people from all over the region love to be. A place that houses the best small businesses in the coolest buildings. A place that is entirely Statesville and unlike anywhere else.
