A typical Esso Station built in the early 1950’s, this simple building is filled with really cool opportunities for redevelopment. The attached rendering is just an example of what the building “could” look like with a vision and investment.
The one-story masonry building has 3,335 sq ft in an open warehouse feel. Lots of additional space surrounds the building footprint for parking, outside seating area, etc. The ideas are endless.
The 243 N. Center Street is located on a major thoroughfare, Highway 115, which has a daily traffic count of approximately 11,000 vehicles per day.
