The Greater Statesville Chamber of Commerce proudly reflects on the resounding success of the 3rd Annual Women’s Leadership Conference: Actualize – The Whole Woman, held on March 20th at the Statesville Civic Center. The event brought together a dynamic group of women leaders, professionals, and change-makers for a day of empowerment, learning, and community-building.

The symposium provided an inspiring and transformative experience, equipping participants with invaluable insights to enhance their leadership potential and personal well-being. The day began with an energizing coffee and networking session, followed by a series of impactful discussions and engaging breakout sessions.

Keynote Speaker Traci Newkirk Inspires Attendees

Traci Newkirk, an acclaimed speaker, entrepreneur, and leadership strategist, delivered a powerful keynote session, “Setting Healthy Boundaries: Protecting Your Time and Energy.” Her talk resonated deeply with attendees, emphasizing the importance of establishing intentional boundaries to foster both personal and professional success. Newkirk’s compelling message left participants feeling empowered to prioritize self-care while driving meaningful impact in their careers and communities.

Engaging Breakout Sessions & Expert-Led Discussions

A diverse lineup of experts led breakout sessions on key topics surrounding leadership, wellness, communication, and personal development. Highlights included:

  • Juliet Kuehnle, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, explored the power of assertive communication in “Say What?!? Why Assertiveness is Key for Personal Wellbeing and Business Success.”

  • Hana Miller, Holistic Health Educator & Acupuncturist, guided attendees in balancing rest and productivity in “How Rest and Relaxation Can Amplify Productivity, Impact, and Presence.”

  • Masha Levina, Founder of the Holowave Self-Empowerment System, shared transformative insights on reprogramming subconscious beliefs in “Your Subconscious Mind Holds the Key to Your Success… or Blocks to It.”

  • Tyka Calloway, Founder of Purely Wrapped LLC, led an intimate “Coffee & Conversation” session, encouraging attendees to tune into their inner voice and rediscover their true calling.

A Day of Connection and Growth

Attendees not only gained practical leadership tools but also forged meaningful connections with fellow women leaders from diverse industries. The luncheon, catered by The Gatherings, provided a warm and inviting space for continued dialogue and networking.
